Used for the inner and out wall decoration, PE plastic production line produces plates with effective width of 1220 ~ 2050 mm, thickness 1.0 ~ 5.0 mm, the thickness of each aluminum foil 0.026 ~ 0.5 mm, using a specially designed screw structure, adapted to feed back to 100 percent renewable production, the production volume compared with other similar machines have greatly improved. And the adoption of new technology will be the most critical technological index to improve peel strength of the excellent status, so that flatness and weather resistance of the aluminum plate have a corresponding increase in performance. The equipment sell well and are exported to Indonesia, Russia, Vietnam, India and some other countries.
FH1600 composite production line can form a plain panel by biding aluminum material and high polymer film together under constantly high temperature and pressure. The production line has fully adopted the latest technology by our hardworking technicians.
