The GZ series band sawing machines have two types of semi-auto and full-auto ones. This series is typically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, and have all the advantages of the other same machines. The advantages of small size, light weight, convenient operation and high precision make the series to be reliable and ideal sawing tolls. They are suitable for cutting bar and section materials like normal steel, low alloy steel, high billet tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. Band sawing machine is more efficient than bow sawing machine and disk sawing machine, with advantages of power-saving, time-saving material-saving, etc.

1. PLC sets the whole sawing/cutting process.
2. Feeding length is controlled by grating ruler, with length error ±0.2mm.
3. Fast cutting speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption.
4. Simple and convenient operation and maintenance.
5. One time sets five groups data.
6. The feeding length can be 50,000mm of one time setting.
7. The cutting quantity can be 1 to 999 of every group.
8. The clamping vice is automatic clamping so the clamping vice is not easy to wear.
