S9300 series automatic screen printer is the innovative high-tech printing equipment. The machine adopts a PLC control panel, it can operate the machine only with some switches and buttons, it lower the labor costs but increase the print production. Using servo motor to drive the machine, the precision can be 0.001 mm. This is, so far, the most accurate screen printing machine.

The machine suits for printing of natural fibers, chemical fibers and their blended woven fabrics & knitted fabrics.

  1) The whole blanket adopts the world’s leading speedy automatic compensation technology which remove the errors that high-speed blanket cause
  2) The whole set uses Mitsubishi LCD touch display, it has high precision digital positioning, control accuracy is 0.001mm
  3) The central cabinet all use products of Mitsubishi &Yaskawa.
  4) High-precision reducer uses Germany SEW products.
5) Screen frame lifting system is controlled by Yaskawa servo motor on both sides of the machine  
  6) The speed of gluing roller is synchronized with the blanket transport speed in the range of gluing travel, gluing travel length is within 1.5m.
