Trade Lead Description:

Standard:
The sisal fibre, or agave, destined for exportation will be classified per type according to length and quality considering the specification as follows.
Classification of Length:
Long - 91 cm's to 110 cm's - with a tolerance of 20% length 71 cm's - 90 cm's.
This applies to all grades of line fibre but excluding Refugo and Bucha.
Classification per Grade:
TYPE 1 - Colour whitish/soft cream, well brushed, humidity maximum 14% without knots.
TYPE 2 - Colour cream/yellowish, well brushed, humidity maximum 14% without knots.
TYPE 3 - Colour cream/yellowish, well brushed, humidity maximum 14%, without knots.
REFUGOS (REJECT) - Colour brownish/green, humidity maximum 14%, presence of knots and high percentage of impurities.
BUCHA (TOW) - Colour yellowish/brownish, humidity maximum 14%, presence of knots and a very high level of dust.
Impurities level:
Sisal Type 1 - 1%
Sisal Type 2 - 3%
Sisal Type 3 - 5%
Type of Offer: Offer to Sell
Quantity: First Grade and all Grade
Packaging: Hydraulically compressed & tightly Strapped Bale. Weight: 120Kg & 150Kg Baling. Load-ability: 20mt in 40ft HQ Container. Buyers are free to customize bale size to suit their loading
Price / Incoterms Conditions: 50% advanace against Invoice
