Vur-Mak Vuruskan Banana Type (V Shaped) cement bulkers made of high quality steel using Turkish Brand compressors, engines, best quality axles and etc. as per specifications or customers request.

SPECIFICATIONS
• Loading is effected through 2 manholes,400 or 450 mm diameter on the top of the tank. The manholes are airtight and pressure tested.
• The discharge system incorporates:
Discharge assembly with 4'' butterfly valve
Pressure relief valve, check valve, manometer
Tank bottom is internally lined with special fabric air hoses to ensure adequate cement evacuation.
The discharge air varies between 1.5 and 2 bar and can completely empty the tank in an average time of 20 - 30 minutes
• V shaped (Banana Shaped)
• 5-6 mm thickness, A1 grade (Erdemir) ST 37-2 Sheet metal (First Quality)
• 2” or 3.5” king-pin made of forged steel cohorent to SAE/DIN norms, can be replaced via screw connection and it is durable against high level streching and breakings.
• Access side ladder with diamond shaped sheet walking platform
• Two cycled (double speed) mechanically operated landing gears with pivoting pads certified by ISO 9001.
• Tool box,40 lt stainless stell water tank, plastic mudguards, basket type spare wheel holder,1 units fire extinguisher internal cylinder type with revelant holder, special reinforced rear bumper, semi mudguards on rear tyre with duster
