ALS-2-2000 is a kind of manual Stretch Blow Molding Machine and is very ideal to produce PET bottle from 0.05L to 2L with 2-cavity blow mold. The final products can be widely used on the packing fields for water, carbonated or Non-carbonated drink, juice, edible oil, medicine, detergent, shampoo and so on.
ALS-2-2000 Stretch Blow Molding Machine is made up of two parts: Bottle Blower and Infrared type Preform Reheater. Thereinto, the reheater is in charge of heating the PET preform to suitable soft condition for blowing; and the blower will finish the whole bottle blowing process, including sealing, stretching, blowing, exhausting and blow mold’s moving, controlled by advanced microcomputer control system.

· The blow molding machine suit to produce 0.05 ~ 2.0L PET container with two-cavity blow mold;
· The pneumatic elements (Bosch & AirTac) of The blow molding machine are extremely reliable;
· Advanced Microcomputer control system with a use-friendly "soft-touch" pad;
· Time-control precision of the blow machine microcomputer up to 0.01second;
· Built-in memory of the blow molding machine microcomputer holds up to 14 sets of bottle blowing data;
· The blow molding machine use infrared type preform reheater;
· Independent temperature control for different heating lamp to get ideal preform heating result;
· Maximum loading capacity of the infrared preform reheater up to 58pcs preforms;
· Heating lamps of the blow machine are adjustable in directions to suit various preform;
· Simple operation and highly-trained is not required;
· Fast, low cost production changeovers;
· Simple installation & startup adjustment;
· Waste rate of finished bottle is less than 0.3%;
