stamping:
Metal stamping is an effective way of producing formed sheet metal parts at an extremely high rate. The metal stamping dies are placed in presses and each cycle of the press produces formed part.
molding:
Injection Molding: are made from hardened tool steel, although aluminum may be used for some low volume applications of injection molding. Injection molds can vary from simple open-shut injection molds, single cavity injection molds to complex multi-cavity injection molds with moving cores, stepped shut-offs, unscrewing devices.


Blow Molding is the process of extruding a hollow tube, called a parison, between two halves of a blow mold. When the blow mold closes, the bottom of the parison is pinched off and air is injected into the top forcing the material outwards to the walls of the blow mold.
Vacuum forming is the process that molds sheet plastic into a desired shape through vacuum suction of a warmed plastic sheet onto a mold.

machining:
Manual machining refers to manually operate machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, drills or saws to perform various machining operations. CNC Machining refers to machining centers, turning centers, Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), etc.


Turning can be performed manually or under CNC control called CNC turning. Most parts are turned combined with milling.



Machining shops automate the programming of CNC machining by utilizing CADCAM systems. The part geometry is transferred from the CAD system to the CAM
