within 48hours. 2.Upon receipt of signed/sealed SPA from buyer, Seller releases loaded cargo documents to Buyer for verification along with Seller’s PERMIT/ AUTHORIZATION. 3.) Buyer/buyer's Bank, issues non-operative, confirmed, irrevocable, divisible, transferrable LC to Seller’s Bank via swift. 4.Prior to confirmation of Buyer's payment instrument, Seller issues Marine ATB to Buyer’s inspectors for Quantity & Quality at agreed location. 5.Upon completion of Q&Q, and submission of the report to Buyer’s/Seller’s Banks, Seller releases all required documents for Take- Over of the vessel. 6.Buyer releases full payment for the cargo by swift wire transfer
to seller’s bank and facilitators as stated in the SPA, against all necessary cargo documents and title. 7.Vessel sets sail for buyer's discharge port.
